A range of virtual and on campus workshops to support your study and research goals.

Library workshops and drop-ins

During semester, attend a workshop to improve your skills in researching, referencing or digital literacy. (Registration required.)

Or, drop in to a scheduled 'Assignment and referencing drop-in' session, where you can connect with a Learning Adviser and a Librarian (Librarian at JO and ML campuses only) for a brief enquiry. (Registration not required.)

Appointments with a Librarian

Librarians can support you to improve your research, referencing and EndNote skills.

30-minute appointments are available Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Please note bookings are required.

You can book online through AskUs@ECU.

For a longer meeting, or to speak to your subject specialist Librarian, please email the details of your enquiry to library@ecu.edu.au.

Research staff and higher degree by research students

The Library facilitates a range of virtual and on campus workshops designed to assist research staff and higher degree by research students at all career stages.

Topics include:

  • planning and sourcing information
  • researcher profiles eg ORCID
  • research metrics
  • open access and data sharing via ECU's institutional repository, Research Online.
