There are 4 services available.
For a faster response contact the right person first:

  • e-Loans:For questions on borrowing items, joining the library, overdue fines, photocopying etc:
      
  • e-Reference: For queries about finding information, using databases, locating material.
      
  • e-Web: For problems with library systems, logins and general use of the website.
     
  • SMS the Library: 0421 269 105.
    This service operates Mon to Fri 9am to 5pm. We aim to respond to your questions during this period within 90 minutes. Messages received outside this time will be responded to on the next working day.
    Please note we can only receive text-based messages of up to 160 characters
