If you have been invited, or have successfully tendered, to undertake work for ECU, you will receive an email invitation to register your company on the Rapid Global contractor management system and upload the required documentation.
Once your company’s registration and documentation have been reviewed and validated, you will be able to invite your employees to complete the required online WHS inductions through the system.
Completion of the “Contractor Induction” is a condition of entry to all ECU worksites. Any failure to comply may constitute a breach of contract, and any unauthorised person may be ejected from an ECU worksite.
After successfully completing the induction, workers will receive instructions on where to sign in on campus and how to obtain access cards and keys, where applicable.
For any questions regarding the induction or registration process, please contact your responsible officer or Rapid@ecu.edu.au for assistance.
