The Saferight WAAPA Scholarship

The Saferight Scholarship has been generously established through the support of Saferight to assist students studying at the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) at Edith Cowan University. This scholarship provides financial support to a talented and dedicated student experiencing financial hardship, helping to reduce barriers to academic success and participation in university life. Through this investment, Saferight aims to empower students to focus on achieving their academic and creative goals. The scholarship is available to a student enrolled in an eligible WAAPA bachelor degree and may be used to assist with education-related expenses, including tuition fees, learning materials, equipment, and living costs. Valued at $10,000, the scholarship will be paid in two instalments of $5,000 per semester over one academic year, subject to the recipient meeting ongoing scholarship conditions.
