At a glance

The Zonta Club of Peel is a member of Zonta International a Service club which aims to make a better world for Women and Girls through education, health and advocacy. The club offers a scholarship of $1600 each year for a female resident of the Peel District to assist her to continue with her university studies.

Eligibility guidelines

To be eligible for this scholarship you must:

  • have been resident in the Peel Region for two or more years;
  • be studying towards your first degree;
  • have successfully completed at least one year of your degree;
  • be enrolled in the next year of your degree;
  • not be in receipt of another scholarship or other monetary award for your current studies;
  • be able to demonstrate need of financial assistance; and
  • have no affiliation with Zonta.
