  • Campaigns – action growth strategies to targeted segments
  • Analytics – analyse the effectiveness of campaigns via analytics
  • Customer standards – liaise with ECU Service Centres, Schools, International Office, Graduate Research Services, and Alumni and Development to maintain customer standards
  • Scholarship promotion – promote and assess fee-reduction scholarship applications
  • Stakeholder management – manage relationships with key stakeholders to enhance recruitment opportunities and support student growth
