The Better Together Platform

The Better Together Platform (BTP) is a digital toolkit tailored specifically for the mining industry, offering a structured solution to assess and advance psychosocial health and safety in the workplace. It enables organisations to measure performance, benchmark against industry standards, and track improvements over time through interactive dashboards and practical, evidence-based resources.

The BTP is free for the WA mining industry, and offers:

  • A customisable survey-based diagnostic to gauge psychosocial health and safety performance.
  • Clear, visual reporting to help identify strengths, areas for improvement, and progress over time.
  • Access to proven, evidence-based strategies to support healthier, safer, and more respectful workplaces.
