Extracellular vesicles as tumour-specific biomarkers of melanoma and lung cancer

Summary of thesis:

Melanoma is common cancer and a major public health problem worldwide. Studies focusing on the measurement of therapeutic response are limited. The purpose of this study is to identify the Extracellular vesicles approach as an effective method of predicting therapeutic response in melanoma Patients who underwent immunotherapy. Such a study is important in understanding the possible and effective way of predicting therapeutic response to melanoma. In addition, the identification of effective predicting therapeutic response of melanoma cases in immunotherapy is important for the treatment of melanoma in the world.
