Summary of thesis:

Immunoglobulin G (IgG) N-glycosylation has demonstrated association with various autoimmune diseases. This project aims to explore the potential of IgG N-glycosylation profiles as biomarkers for diagnosis, disease activity and prognosis of SS. Furthermore, this project will use machine learning approaches to stratify SS patients based on their IgG N-glycosylation profiles.
