People and Culture provides a range of services to ECU staff.
This includes:
- Recruitment processes including guidance on how to recruit and appoint staff, and arrange team structures.
- Information and services around pay, leave and benefits including superannuation.
- Supporting staff growth through managing ECU’s Managing for Performance system, facilitating annual reviews, and promoting career development and professional development opportunities.
- Staff Induction Program for a strong start for employees and support for managers.
- Work Health, Safety and Wellbeing tools and programs to support the mental, physical and emotional wellbeing of our community, including facilitating the free Employee Assistance (counselling) Program.
- Providing accredited Occupational Safety and Health training for staff from other organisations.
