Perth - Friday, 12 February 2027

Ceremony 1

1.00pm - Arrive at venue if you wish to have photos taken with your friends and family

1.30pm - Arrive at venue if you need to pick up your graduate ticket

2.00pm - Arrive at venue if you are already in possession of your graduate ticket

2.15pm - All graduates called in to theatre for the graduate briefing

2.45pm - All guests called in to theatre for start of ceremony

3pm - Graduation ceremony commences sharp

5.00pm - Graduation ceremony concludes

5.05pm - Light refreshments will be served

5.45pm – Refreshment concludes. Ensure you return your regalia to Meeting Room 1/2

Bunbury - Saturday, 27 February 2027

Ceremony 9

1.00pm onwards - Arrive at venue:

To pick up your regalia.

If you need to pick up your graduate and guest ticket/s.

If you wish to have your photo taken by GFP Studios Photography. There may be a long queue for this, please allow sufficient time.

4.30pm - All graduates placed in processional order for the street parade

5.00pm - ECU Graduation Street Parade

5.20pm - Street Parade concludes. All graduates to move straight into BREC auditorium for student briefing

5.50pm - All guests called in to auditorium for start of ceremony

6.00pm - Graduation ceremony commences

7.30pm - Graduation ceremony concludes (approximate time)

7.35pm - Light refreshments will be served

8.00pm – Refreshments conclude. Ensure you have returned your regalia to the Wellington Suite

8.05pm - GFP Studios Photography will be available for those who require photos

On-stage procedure

Graduates are seated by award in the theatre. When it's time for the award presentations to begin, you'll be called on stage, row-by-row. Your name will be checked just prior to going on stage as part of checking that all graduates are in the correct order to receive their testamur.

Order of movement

When instructed, exit your row to the left.
Your name will be checked by a member of the Graduations team.
Move up the stairs and stand on the marked line on stage.
When your name is called, walk at a normal pace to the Vice-Chancellor in the centre of the stage.
Take your testamur with your left hand.
Smile for a photo with the person presenting it to you.
Continue across the stage in the same direction, descending the stairs at the other side and return to your seat.

If you've registered to attend your ceremony, but find that you're no longer able to come along, please call us on (+61 8) 6304 2011 or email graduations@ecu.edu.au immediately so we can make alternative arrangements for you to receive your testamur.
