The School of Nursing and Midwifery is located on ECU’s Joondalup and South West campuses and offers demonstration wards for use by its students.
Our demonstration wards prepare students for clinical practicums by providing a simulated ward environment in which tutors demonstrate and students are able to practice their skills in aspects of nursing care. The demonstration wards feature a range of mannequins, including Sim-Man, Sim-Baby, SimMom and Nursing Anne.
On our Joondalup campus, we have eight demonstration wards including two dedicated Midwifery wards. They are located in building 21, rooms 21.306 through to 21.331. To use or book any of the resources within the demonstration wards:

We have two laboratories and a preparation area where practical sessions are held on pathophysiology and pharmacology. Labs are located in building 21, rooms 21.304 and 21.305. To use or book any of the resources within these labs, see the technical staff in rooms 21.327.
