Wai is a Vice-Chancellor’s Research Fellow in the School of Nursing and Midwifery's Centre for Research in Aged Care.

Wai's role involves conducting pioneering research to improve elderly care. He is responsible for developing strategies and interventions that can significantly enhance the quality of life for the aged population.

Wai's work includes not only research but also contributing to the academic community through teaching and mentorship. He leverages his expertise in aged care to secure research funding and collaborate with diverse teams.
