Why you are seeing this page

You are on this page because you have tried to log into the ECU Student Portal or other ECU service and may have restricted/limited access. See below for further information.

If you need to update your password, visit the MyLogin web page to change it.

Students

Have you completed, intermitted or deferred your course?

30 days from the date you complete, intermit, or defer your course, you will no longer be able to access the student portal.

You may still be able to access specific systems directly.

  • Student email
    You will have access to your ECU student email for 14 months after you leave your course, whether you completed it or not, though access to OneDrive and Microsoft applications will be restricted 2 months from the date your enrolment status is changed.

Edith Cowan College students

You are on this page because you have tried to log into the ECU student portal. We hope to see you at ECU soon, but in the meantime, you should be accessing the ECC student portal.

ECC students get access to ECU's huge array of Library resources, but you need to log into it directly. Here is a link; Library Resources

Staff

Make sure you have an active contract. If you are sessional, check with your manager that your access has been extended.

Some ECU systems will require that your access has been granted first. Check with your line manager that access has been granted to the system you are trying to use.

Alternatively, you can contact the IT Service Desk for assistance.
