Step 6: Submit your application online

Once you have found a supervisor and project, met with your potential supervisor, and prepared your supporting documentation, you are ready to lodge your application via ECU Apply Online.

ECU’s HDR courses have specific application deadlines. Please refer to our important dates page for more information.

Please note that HDR course applications take some time to complete. It is strongly recommended that you commence the process well ahead of any closing dates.

Only full applications will be considered.

Applying for a scholarship?

Don’t forget that your scholarship application is separate to the course application. If you will be applying for a scholarship, please indicate this when prompted in the course application. See Step 3 for more info on scholarships.

Once you've applied

It’s important to check your emails regularly, including spam/junk folders so that your application is not delayed.
