We work with a number of onshore English and Diploma pathway providers to package our courses for international students.
If your international student does not meet our direct English or academic requirements, you will need to contact one of these providers to request a packaged offer assessment. Where English study is required, the assessment includes a calculation of the number of weeks' English required.
Credit and Recognition of Prior Learning
If your student is accepted into a Diploma pathway, they may be eligible for credit towards their ECU course. If you would like to know how much credit a student will receive, search our credit and recognition of prior learning database. To search the database, ensure you select the country as 'Australia' and then select one of the listed providers when asked.
Courses exempt from English packaging:
ECU has a number of courses which require higher English entry or direct English requirements to be met prior to entry. This means they are unable to be packaged with any of our partners and international students must meet the English requirements up-front.
Courses that cannot be packaged with English:
- Bachelor of Speech Pathology
- Bachelor of Occupational Therapy
- Bachelor of Science (Paramedical Science)
- Bachelor of Science (Nursing)
- Master of Nursing (Graduate Entry)
- Bachelor of Social Work
- Bachelor of Education and Master of Teaching
- Master of Nutrition and Dietetics
- Master of Psychology
