Our Regional Learning Hubs provide support for online, regional and remote students by providing a dedicated space for you to study, socialise, connect and engage with ECU support services. The Academic Skills Centre (ASC) can help you effectively transition into university study and equip you with the necessary skills to become a successful student and lifelong learner.
Who are we? The ASC is staffed by a group of highly qualified, skilled, experienced and friendly Learning Advisers who can help with your studies.
What do we do? Learning Advisers deliver face-to-face and online workshops, and assignment drop-ins for quick queries about assignments.

ECU's Kurongkurl Katitjin, Centre for Indigenous Australian Education and Research provide dedicated resources and support to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students' studying at ECU. There is a Student Support Team whose role is to assist Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander students who through their university journey and assist with any issues that may arise and affect their studies along the way. The team is predominately based on the Mount Lawley campus in Perth with visits to the Southwest for student events and activities.

The Nala Karla room is a dedicated study and relaxation area for the University’s Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students.The student common room is equipped with computers and a printer. It is also furnished with lounges, a dining table, fridge, microwave, tea and coffee making facilities and large display screens to assist with tutorial or information sessions.
The pride room provides a safe place to relax, communicate, eat and connect with people from the queer community and it's allies. To gain access to the Pride room, see Reception in Building 1 .
ECU South West provides a spiritual space for staff and students of any faith, with facilities on campus.
