"As a new staff member, I feel not only aligned with ECU values but committed to them."

Since the beginning, I felt welcomed and supported by my peers. There is a sense of collaboration and a willingness to achieve results together.

As courage is part of the values, being innovative seems to be also part of the expectations for every staff member. I feel there is space for being an innovative person here where every idea is not taken for granted but listened and reflected upon.
