Healthy workplace

ECU's state-of-the-art campus facilities and programs will help you work towards a healthier you. There are many options to stay healthy, or start your health and wellbeing journey.

At ECU, we recognise that creating a healthy workplace is a shared responsibility and our commitment to the mental health and wellbeing of our students and staff goes hand in hand with our success.

While individuals make daily choices around their health and wellbeing, ECU will focus on creating an environment, culture, education and opportunities that supports staff to thrive.

Staff at ECU are supported with a range of services and programs.

  • Our Wellbeing at ECU framework aims to create a healthy workplace that enables and supports staff to participate in activities that enhance their wellbeing and self-care.
  • The Crisis Support page provides a list of resources for those needing immediate help.

ECU is located across three campuses within Western Australia and all offer a number of services and facilities to support our staff and students.
