Dr. Rebecca Jarden (she/her) is an Associate Professor within the ECU School of Nursing and Midwifery and a registered critical care nurse. Rebecca’s PhD was a mixed methods study investigating intensive care nurse wellbeing, her post-doctoral research continues a workforce and healthcare quality and safety focus.
