Ann is the Clinical Practice Manager for the ECU School of Nursing and Midwifery.
Ann plays a key role in the planning and implementation of the School’s clinical strategic initiatives. She provides leadership and line management to a team of Clinical Practice Facilitators (CPFs), who are responsible for developing and delivering simulation and remediation programs, facilitating practical clinical skills training, and supporting students in both simulated and real-world clinical environments.
Ann works closely with academic staff, placement providers, and both current and future industry partners to ensure clinical learning is safe, contemporary, and meaningful.
As a key leader within the School of Nursing and Midwifery, Ann contributes to the advancement of clinical education priorities and the ongoing development of a strong, practice-ready nursing and midwifery workforce.
