Benthic invertebrate communities in Cockburn Sound

Project Outline

This project would examine benthic invertebrate communities in Cockburn Sound to determine the dominant taxa and their abundances and compare to existing data from previous decades to understand what changes have occurred over time. This system has undergone major changes over the last 50 years and is under constant pressure from industry including port facilities. The study would inform future management of the system.
