Contractors must visit the Campus Support Office each day to scan the appropriate QR code for either complimentary or discounted parking.
Contractors who are not using the contractor parking options may use visitor parking by paying the applicable hourly rate and parking in green line-marked visitor bays only.
When using the PayStay app, contractors are responsible for ensuring all vehicle and payment details are entered correctly.

Tenants who have been issued an ECU email address may apply for an ECU parking permit through the ePermits Self Service Portal by following the Staff Parking application process.
Tenants without an ECU email address can contact the ECU Parking Team for semester or annual permit options.
All standard staff parking permit conditions and fees apply.
Tenants may also choose to use visitor parking, paying the applicable hourly rate and parking in green line-marked visitor bays.
On-campus service contractors (for example, food and beverage operators) may apply to reserve a dedicated parking bay.
