Visitor parking

Visitor parking is available to members of the public at the ECU Joondalup and South West campuses.

Parking must be paid for before the parking session begins.

The Paystay User Guide is available to assist with setting up and using the PayStay app.

Visitor parking is available in designated visitor bays, which are marked with green line markings.

Please refer to the campus maps for visitor parking locations.

Visitors are encouraged to use the PayStay mobile app, which can be used at all visitor parking locations. The applicable PayStay location code is displayed on signage within each car park.

Parking Meters (EFTPOS only)

Visitors who prefer to pay using an EFTPOS parking meter can do so at the following locations:

Joondalup Campus:

  • Car Park 2
  • Car Park 6
  • Car Park 13 (Vario clients only)
  • Car Park 14

South West Campus:

  • Car Park 2
  • Car Park 4

Parking Fees and Payment

Visitor parking can be paid for using:

  • The PayStay mobile app.
  • An EFTPOS parking meter at selected locations.

Paid parking applies:

  • Monday to Friday
  • 7.00 am – 5.00 pm

Visitors are responsible for ensuring sufficient parking time has been purchased for the duration of their stay and the correct vehicle registration has been entered.

Car Park 20 offers reduced hourly parking rates for visitors.

Parking sessions can be extended remotely using the PayStay mobile app.

Car Park 1 - Joondalup

  • Maximum stay: 2 hours
  • No return within 4 hours

Car Park 15 Community Bays - Joondalup

  • Limited free visitor parking is available for ECU Sport and Fitness members only.
  • Access code available from ECU Sport and Fitness reception.
  • Maximum stay: 2 hours
  • No return within 6 hours
