Collie Regional Learning Hub

Opening Hours

The Collie Regional Learning Hub at Black Diamond Lodge (43 Throssel St,  Collie) is open seven days week. Office hours run 9am - 4pm during the semester with after-hours access available.

The Regional Learning hub, situated within the 'Slay Room', provides students with a designated study environment. It is accessible from Throssel Street during the day and into the evening.

For after-hours entry, students must register with Black Diamond Lodge reception to receive an access code.

If students are having issues accessing the Slay Room, please call Black Diamond Lodge Reception (08) 9734 4439.

Transport and Parking

  • Free parking is available either out the front of the Lodge on Burt St and Throssell Street, please note parking time limits may apply

Facilities

  • Free Wi-Fi
  • Kitchen facilities
  • Complimentary tea and coffee
  • Desks for personal study
  • Co-working spaces for group discussions
  • Conferencing facilities (upon request)
  • Outside courtyard
  • Bike racks, including a basic tool kit, cleaning gear and bike pump

Password: BDLWIFI41 (all capitals for BDL WIFI and the number 41, no spaces)

If students are on a Windows device, you will need to click through to the second screen to enter the password. Wi-Fi connectivity may be impacted by bad weather or high usage.
