Study Abroad Plus Program

Study abroad means business at ECU.

Sponsored by ECU’s School of Business and Law, our unique Study Abroad Business Plus program is exclusive to ECU students who are nationals from the UK and and other European countries.

In addition to their studies, this program offers students an enriching experience in sunny Perth, Western Australia, learning invaluable skills needed to succeed in their future professions.

Students will learn how to network effectively, build strong business relationships, and learn advanced AI skills that will set you apart in the industries of their choice.

Benefits of the Program

Successful applicants will receive:

  • A welcome pack
  • A travel bursary valued at $1000 AUD
  • Lunch with the Executive Dean of the School
  • Invitations to two Business Masterclasses
  • A certificate of completion/participation

How does it work?

To be eligible for the program, students must:

  • Enrol for study in Semester 2, 2026
  • Enrol in at least 3 Business units
  • Have received a student visa
  • Be enrolled by ECU’s census date (1 September, 2026)
  • Be enrolled as a Study Abroad student
