Our research services

We understand the importance of research and adherence to research protocols. Ethical conduct in research and the Australian Privacy Principles and Practices are adhered to in all projects we undertake. We have considerable experience in conducting longitudinal surveys, nationwide surveys, surveys on sensitive issues (e.g., alcohol and drug use), surveys of hard-to-reach target groups (e.g., smokers), and surveys of people in all age groups including children.

Our approach is to meet with our clients to develop an understanding of their research project and to clarify the appropriate course of action. We then agree on clear goals, costs and responsibilities. We maintain ongoing communication with our clients at all stages to enable opportunities for input and feedback.

The high quality of our research services is reflected by being awarded multiple survey research projects from our clients. We have a number of long-standing survey research projects including:

In each year, a statewide population-based survey of approximate 10,000 Western Australians is conducted via computer assisted telephone interviewing (CATI) and online to collect de-identified information on physical and mental health and wellbeing;

Over the years, we have worked with government departments, medical and health organisations, non-profit organisations, universities and private companies on their research projects, including:
