Catherine Bondonno is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow in the School of Medical and Health Sciences.

Research Areas and Interests

The primary objective of Catherine’s research is providing evidence for dietary strategies to achieve and maintain cardiovascular health. In particular, she focuses on the cardiovascular benefits of dietary nitrate and flavonoids.
