We have three campuses in Western Australia. Joondalup and City Campus in the Perth metropolitan area and our South West campus in Bunbury, 200km south of the Perth CBD.

Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Sri Lanka) Mr David Matthews
As the Pro-Vice-Chancellor (Sri Lanka), David is responsible for the strategic direction and development of ECU’s campus in Sri Lanka, as well as developing and supporting opportunities in the region. He also holds the position of Chief Executive Office of ECU’s fully owned company in Sri Lanka, ECSLS (Pvt) Ltd.
David has over 30 years’ experience in international education, leading campuses and organisations across Australia, Canada, the USA and Malaysia. Prior to these roles, David spent years traveling and teaching in Japan, Turkey, Poland, Australia and the UK. During these times David was also an active sector board member in English Australia, the NEAS and Languages Canada.
David arrived in Sri Lanka in February 2021 to commence and establish a campus for Edith Cowan University in collaboration with Navitas. After the campus was set up and running in Colombo, David then spent a further year with Navitas supporting and establishing two other TNE projects in Asia; Curtin University in Singapore and the new Deakin University Lancaster University joint campus in Bandung, Indonesia.
