Dr Rahatulaain Ahmad

Rahatulaain is the Senior School Officer (Research) in the School of Business and Law. Rahatulaain is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of research and operational priorities within the School of Business and Law.

Biography

Rahatulaain is the Senior School Officer (Research) in the School of Business and Law. In this role she supports the SBL’s research strategy by coordinating grant submissions, ethics and compliance processes, and research‐related reporting. She works closely with academic and professional staff, as well as HDR students to streamline research administration and enhance the school’s research performance.

Before taking up this position, Rahatulaain was a Casual Academic at ECU, teaching core management and HRM units and providing research support across several projects. She completed her PhD at ECU on unethical pro-organisational behaviour and was placed on the 2024 Dean’s List for Outstanding Thesis. Her background also includes full-time lecturing and program coordination roles in Pakistan, giving her more than a decade of higher-education experience.
