Felicia is the School Officer for the Strategic Partnership Team for the School of Business and Law.

Background

Felicia started of her career in management roles across the health insurance and hospitality industries, where she was able to develop an understanding of leadership, communication and service delivery in fast paced settings.

She first joined ECU in 2024 working at the Student Hub as a Student Adviser where she worked closely with the SBL students providing academic support. She is passionate about continuing to support students within the university community through strong administrative practices, contributing to efficient processes and systems that enhance the overall student experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Commerce, Majoring in PR and Management, Curtin University of Technology, 2017.
