Dr Judy Lundy is a Lecturer in Management and the Director of the Master of Business Administration program in the School of Business and Law

Biography

Dr Judy Lundy has a long career in the education, consulting and hospitality sectors and has taught HRM, Organisational Behaviour and Change Management in leading business and hospitality schools in Australia, Canada, New Zealand and The Netherlands. Additionally, she has extensive experience supporting work-integrated learning students to maximise their internship and placement learning experiences. Her recent work experience includes 3 years as an Associate Director in the People and Change service line at KPMG in Canberra and Perth (Australia), and 4 years teaching at Hotelschool The Hague, one of the top 5 hospitality business schools in the world. Dr Lundy is passionate about building adaptive, inclusive and thriving workplaces through developing inclusive leaders and workplaces practices which take seek to maximise benefits for individuals and organisations. Her aspirations as a faculty member in the School of Business and Law are to help shape future leaders who will help transform workplaces to meet the needs of increasingly diverse workforces. She has a DBA from University of Newcastle, an MBA (HRM) from University of New England and a Bachelor of Adult Education from the University of Canberra.
