Matthew is a Lecturer and Unit Coordinator in Occupational and Environmental Health within the School of Medical and Health Sciences at Edith Cowan University. His teaching and research focus on occupational hygiene, chemical exposure risk management, workplace health monitoring, and laboratory safety, and he also teaches introductory chemistry and physics concepts for occupational and environmental health students.

Background

Worked as a private tutor with Learnmate between 2018 and 2022, providing mathematics and chemistry support to secondary school students while completing undergraduate and masters by research. Since 2022, has also worked as a casual demonstrator and tutor at Edith Cowan University, teaching first- and second-year chemistry units
