Bibi is a Lecturer and Food Service domain leader in the Master of Nutrition and Dietetics in the School of Medical and Health Sciences.
Bibi is an Accredited Practising Dietitian with 25 years of industry experience in variety of clinical, regional community, food service consultancy and private practice. Prior to ECU, she was a corporate dietitian in the aged care sector with a food service portfolio.
She is passionate about the provision of quality food service across all age groups.
