Michella is a Lecturer in paramedic placements and research in the School of Medical and Health Sciences.

Research and Areas of Interest

My research centres on paramedic education, prehospital maternal and neonatal care, simulation‑based learning, and digital innovation, with a strong emphasis on translation into practice.
