Bachelor of Science (Exercise and Sports Science) M89

The School of Medical and Health Sciences require that your pre-placement preparation documentation is up to date at the start of each semester and remain valid for the duration of your placement(s).

Mandatory Requirements:

COVID-19

Clearances

Health, Safety and Risk Management

  • Applied First Aid (HLTAID011)
  • Annual CPR Update (HLTAID009) – Needs to be current during placement

Placement Site Specific Requirements:

  • Some placement sites will require completion of their own specific pre-placement preparation documentation.
  • You will be notified of requirements in SONIA (SMHS Placement Management System).

Depending on your placement site, you may also need the following:

  • Mask Fit Testing Certificate
