Why is this important for gender equality?

ECU is required to report annually to Federal Government on its policies and strategies that promote gender equality. This is a requirement of the Workplace Gender Equality Act 2012.

The 2021 report contains a snapshot of the number of fixed-term and ongoing staff employed by the university on 31 March 2021, and casual staff numbers across the period 1 April 2020 - 31 March 2021.
