Associate Professor Ferry Jie receiving the 2022 ASCLA Judges' Choice Award
Associate Professor in Supply Chain and Logistics Management Ferry Jie was joint winner of the Judges’ Choice Award at the 61st Australian Supply Chain and Logistics Awards (ASCLA). Student Kyra Dagostino received a High Commendation in the Industry Excellence category.
These awards recognise the outstanding achievements of supply chain and logistics professionals and organisations across Australia, celebrating industry excellence and championing collaboration, innovation, and success.
Kyra, who is studying a Graduate Certificate of Supply Chain and Logistics Management, works at Wespine, a softwood sawmiller in the South West.
Kyra was nominated for her award by Ferry Jie. In accepting the award Kyra recognised Ferry’s constant encouragement and the breadth of knowledge covered in his lectures.
Ferry’s award acknowledged in particular the extensive industry-based research that complements his teaching.
