Sharing and Understanding Diverse Identities: Enhancing Psychological Safety in WA Public Sector Workplaces
The Contract of Service Agreement research team developed a guide for the WA Public Service Commission to provide input in making the WA public sector workplaces safer places for people to fully share aspects of their identities. These benefits include being better equipped to deliver on strategic agendas and to create more flexible, inclusive cultures. Such strategic and cultural accomplishments will, in turn, assist in creating public sector workplaces where individuals can thrive and feel empowered to deliver high quality services. Additionally, they will help in building and maintaining the diverse and accomplished workforce necessary to support WA communities.
