Day 2: Leading High-Performing R&D Teams

  • Lean and agile R&D processes
  • Improving efficiency and cross-functional collaboration

  • Leadership, communication, and employee development
  • Practical workshop on R&D leadership and process improvement

Refunds
  • Refunds may be considered where written notice is received at least 14 days before the course start date, or where supporting medical evidence is provided. Requests are assessed at ECU's discretion.
  • No refunds will be available for non-attendance on the day of the course.
