Ms Caroline Neske

Caroline is the Curriculum Support and Governance Office in the School of Education. Caroline supports the coordination of accreditation, curriculum development and other teaching and learning projects.

Background

Caroline is an experienced regulatory professional with over 15 years' experience across the government, not-for-profit housing, and education sectors. She has held senior roles in compliance and project management within the Department of Education (Victoria) and Department of Treasury and Finance (Victoria).

Caroline has led teams to implement quality assurance frameworks and manage high-risk compliance assessments, as well as guiding team members through complex regulatory transitions. Her expertise spans stakeholder engagement, policies and procedures development, data analysis and continuous improvement. With a Master’s in Applied Social Research, Caroline brings analytical rigour and a systems-based approach to problem-solving, consistently delivering impactful outcomes in dynamic environments.
