This two-day course equips you with the knowledge and practical skills to confidently participate in or lead incident investigations. The content reflects latest industry research, best practice and regulatory expectations.
Participants receive a comprehensive handbook containing investigation processes, templates and practical workplace resources. Participants will also receive expert guidance through practical examples, case studies, and professional investigation techniques.
