The results are in from our online feedback form!

The results

Over the past three months,  23 Library users provided their feedback, of which 100% reported a positive experience:

  • 78% indicated they were 'very satisfied' with their engagement with Library staff and/or services.
  • 22% indicated they were 'satisfied'.

We're so happy that this reflects the emphasis our team places on providing a fantastic experience for Library users.

The comments

Based on the comments, students appreciated:

  • fast replies to enquiries
  • fast resolving of issues
  • being guided to relevant resources
  • detailed support including search assistance
  • loan laptop service
  • kindness of staff

You can choose to leave your student number or submit anonymously, however, we do encourage you to leave your student or staff number so we can follow up on your comments and make sure you are, truly, satisfied!
