Through Taylor & Francis ECU staff and students have access to an extensive selection of fulltext articles and books across a broad range of subjects.

Those interested in cybersecurity and related topics in particular will find lots of interesting resources to explore.

It's a web-based platform, and without the need for additional software can be accessed 24/7 from both on and off campus, using any browser.

The interface is configured so that the database layouts are constant when utilising the service throughout divergent platforms. This lends itself to an intuitive database experience for users.

The platform offers numerous layouts for viewing, with several accessibility elements, which include:

  • text to speech functionality with ReadSpeaker
  • links to subject related articles embedded with each article
  • the ability to download entire eBooks with print and share capability
  • choice between ePub and pdf format output
  • abstracts and citations to promote further study and assist in continuing research
