Library feedback from June to August 2022

Almost 90% (24/27) of Library users who completed our online feedback form in the past three months stated that they were ‘very satisfied’ with their Library experience.

This indicates that as a team we are serving our users’ needs well, and we are proud that this is the case.

Services people are loving include:

  • referencing support
  • search help
  • quick replies to enquiries
  • after-hours access at Joondalup
  • request for book chapters fulfilled
  • guidance on accessing database resources
  • guidance on accessing other online resources
  • laptop loans
  • pleasant service
  • follow-up emails
