ECU staff and students have access to SAGE Journals;  a place leading authors, editors, and societies publish their research.

The collection includes content from more than 1,000 journals, from disciplines across:

  • health sciences
  • social sciences
  • humanities
  • materials sciences
  • engineering
  • life and biomedical sciences

SAGE Journals contain 27 subject collections.

Access guidance

Library gives you access to a range of SAGE Journals.

Look for following icons next to each article in its list, as they indicate whether you'll be able to access the article:

A green circle with an unlocked padlock means this article may be available through ECU subscription. Log in with your ECU credentials to check your access. A blue circle with an unlocked padlock means this article is available to all users because it is Open Access. A white circle with a locked padlock means no access.
