Library feedback from January to March 2023

Over 80% of those who left feedback were ‘very satisfied’ with Library services.

Almost 90% of the 26 respondents who used the Library’s online feedback form reported positive feedback, having successfully engaged with Library services.

We are exremely happy to receive this feedback, which reflects our efforts to provide a meaningful service to the ECU community.

Our users are enjoying:

  • phone charging station
  • patient, friendly and understanding staff
  • prompt, professional responses
  • staff explaining and simplifying processes and providing solutions
  • support with how to source information
  • our Document Delivery service

Improvements

  • Signage

We’ve reviewed our High Use Collection signage to see if we could make any signed information clearer for our users, and also made sure that our website and other communication channels – such as our digital signage – are working effectively with our print signage to ensure students can easily find the information about Library services they are looking for.

  • Reciprocal Registration Procedure updates

The ECU Reciprocal borrower procedure has been updated to meet latest WAGUL requirements to reciprocal borrower application.
