Extra-curricular learning for childrenChildren's University Edith Cowan aims to inspire students between seven and fourteen to develop confidence and a love of learning through validated activities beyond the school curriculum.

They aim to inspire and empower people to connect with those around them by starting meaningful conversations about mental health. This can be very powerful. We can also check in with ourselves, and reach out if we need support and connection.
R U OK? Day is about investing time into personal relationships by being a great listener, and reminds us that every day is a day we can check in with those we care about.
