Joondalup Library access changes during network upgrade

    Some areas of Joondalup Campus Library will be temporarily closed between 13-16 January 2026.

ECU is upgrading the campus network at Joondalup in early 2026. To support this work, access to different levels of the Joondalup Library will change across four days.

On affected days, internet access will be unavailable on the floor impacted by works, and access to some study spaces will be limited. Signage will be in place, and library staff will be nearby to help you find what you need.

Library access schedule

  • Tuesday 13 January – Level 4 closed
  • Wednesday 14 January – Level 3 closed
  • Thursday 15 January – Level 2 closed
  • Friday 16 January – Level 1 closed

Access conditions will change day by day, so please follow onsite signage.

What to expect during this period

  • When Level 2 is closed on 15 January, the Library Desk will be temporarily relocated to Level 1, Consulting Room JO.31.105.
  • Study rooms on affected levels will not be bookable.
  • Entry points will change. Signage will be there to guide you.
