Summary of thesis:

This study aimed to investigate how English as a Foreign Language (EFL) lecturers managed their implementation of Blended Learning (BL) in Vietnamese universities. Findings from semi-structured interviews with 20 EFL lecturers from ten universities revealed most were not managing their implementation of BL effectively, hence a conceptual framework is proposed for future practice and pedagogy.
